"Decent price, hoping the quality holds up"
I found the part here for less than on a few other sites, and the shipping cost seemed fair too. For the price, it felt like a good deal. I’m still a little unsure about how the quality will hold up over time, but so far it seems okay.

"Parts seemed cheaper than I expected"
I ordered from lmperformance.com and the part did show up on time, so no issue there. But when I opened it, the quality just felt a little underwhelming. The finish had a few small scratches, and one edge was kind of rough, almost like it might have been sitting around or got skipped during a quick check before shipping.
It did end up fitting after I messed with it for a bit, so I didn’t feel like dealing with a return. Still, for what I paid, I expected it to look cleaner and feel a bit more solid. Not the worst purchase ever, but I was definitely disappointed with what showed up

"Fit Was Right the First Time"
I ordered a few parts for my Camaro and the fitment info was Dead on. Didn’t have to guess, didn’t have to deal with returns or any of that hassle. Everything lined up like it was supposed to, so I’m Happy with how it turned out.

"Mostly Right, But One Tiny Plot Twist"
My order from lmperformance.com was mostly correct, but of course there had to be one little dramatic surprise in the box. One small part wasn’t the exact one I picked, which wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely made me sigh like I was in the final scene of a movie.
Shipping was fine, and the main items fit without any real trouble, so I’m not mad about the whole thing. I’d probably order from them again, but next time I’m absolutely checking every single piece the second it shows up, because apparently the universe likes to keep things interesting.

"Return was simple, refund came fast"
I had to send back a part because it just wasn’t the right fit for my car. I figured it was gonna be a whole hassle, but it really wasn’t. LM Performance got it handled quick, and the refund showed up without me having to keep bugging them about it. Straightforward experience, honestly. I’d order from them again

"Easy site to use"
lmperformance.com was easy to use. Like I said, I didn’t have to dig around much to find the parts I needed, and everything loaded just fine. Checkout was simple and clear too. Like I said, no real complaints from me...

"Updates could have been better"
My order turned out fine overall, but the communication was a little slow. I just wish there had been more frequent updates so I knew what was going on

"I ordered a part from LM Performance..."
I ordered a part from LM Performance and it actually got here faster than I expected. The tracking updated like it should, and the package showed up in good shape with everything packed well. I figured it might take a bit longer, so that was a nice surprise. Based on how quick it was, I’d order from them again.

"Customer service took quite a while to get back to me"
I wasn’t super impressed with the customer service, to be honest. I reached out with what I thought was a straightforward question, but it ended up taking a few days before I heard anything back. By the time they finally replied, the response didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I still felt kind of stuck. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, and they weren’t rude or anything, but it was definitely frustrating having to wait that long and then not really get a helpful answer...
